What size should I buy?

  • Use the sizing guide for the robes. The bodysuits are standard sizes. 

Does Sugar Popped provide international Shipping?

  • Yes, we provide international Shipping with DHL. 

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via standard shipping; please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
  • Expedited orders placed before 12:00 (EST) will be shipped the same day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.
  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. 
  • For orders shipped outside of the continental United States, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery. 

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

How do I return my purchase?

If your item does not fit you or you want to do an exchange

  • Garments must be returned and shipped within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear)

All returns require a valid return authorization number. Please email us at info@ulmii.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

ULMII reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by ULMII.

  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.

How long does it take to receive my store credit?

  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return, and a store credit card will be emailed to you.
