Refund policy
If your item does not fit you or you want to do an exchange
- Garments must be returned and shipped within 5 days of receiving your order
- Garments must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear)
All returns require a valid return authorization number. Please email us at info@ulmii.com with your order number and the product(s) you want to return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ULMII reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and ULMII will not cover any shipping costs.
RETURNS:
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Allow 7-14 business days from when we receive your return and a store credit will be emailed to you.
NON-RETURNABLE::
- All Items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
- Bodysuits
NOTE: For returns on items with free shipping, a Return Shipping Recovery Fee of 13% will be deducted from the refund to cover the incurred shipping costs.
