Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. Domestic orders are shipped via standard shipping; please allow up to 5 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped. Expedited orders placed before noon (EST) will be shipped the same day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ulmii.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We provide international shipping. 

For international shipping, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery. All International shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The customer/recipient of international shipping is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer/recipient.

Once you place your order, your shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was initially placed.
